FEED THE NEED FOOD DRIVE

Join us for Feed the Need 2024! Feed the Need (formerly called Fill-a-Mayflower) is an annual event that takes place in the fall to help stock the shelves of local food pantries heading into the holiday season. This event will be happening simultaneously in TWO locations this year — Ric's Food Center Mt. Pleasant and Ric's Food Center Ithaca.

A gift of just $10 can make a huge impact! Through the Greater Lansing Food Bank, every $10 donation allows us to purchase 100 pounds of food. This means your contribution can provide meals and essentials to families facing food insecurity in our communities. Every gift can make a big difference in ensuring local pantries are stocked and ready to support those in need. Together, we can help more families have access to nutritious meals. Thank you!

HOST A COLLECTION

Collect donations leading up to the event and participate in a friendly challenge where your workplace strives to donate the most items. Each item is worth one point and each dollar is worth one point. The business or organization with the most items wins radio mentions, bragging rights, and even a trophy!

MAKE A DONATION

Swing by and drop-off non-perishable food and personal care items on October 16th! Can’t make it? You can still make a big impact by texting FEED to 40403. Every $10 donation helps purchase 100 lbs of food through the Greater Lansing Food Bank—providing crucial support to those facing food insecurity.

RADIO SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship is available through My 104.3 for $250 per hour! Hours are available from 10AM through 6PM. Sponsorship includes co-hosting live on My 104.3 on-site day-of, Facebook live promotions, business listing on my1043.net and app, on-air mentions, and Facebook posts through My 104.3.
