The Good Prize Nomination Form

Thank you for nominating a deserving individual for The Good Prize 2025! The Good Prize is an annual prize that honors everyday individuals who do good things in service of others and whose deeds of GOOD serve to inspire others who uplift communities. The winner will be celebrated at our 2024 Live United Awards & Campaign Celebration on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. Doors open at 5:30pm and the program will begin at approximately 6:00pm. The event is free, however RSVPs are required.
