Community Campaign
2024-25 Community Campaign (September 2024 - March 2025)
Every day, we bring people together to support communities where everyone can access a quality education, build economic mobility, and live a healthy life. The work is powered by people and local businesses that are committed to supporting the strength, vitality, and resilience of our community. Joining United Way to be United in Purpose is a call to purposeful action. To recognize and amplify our power to make a meaningful difference in our communities where we work and live.
Nearly all of our internal operating expenses are covered by corporate gifts, foundation grants and support from our Signature Partners. As a result, each individual contribution made through United Way's Community Investment Fund can be invested directly back into the community through programs and services offered by local nonprofit organizations. The Community Investment Fund is the most powerful way to invest your contribution. Each year, we review program grant requests from local nonprofit organizations to determine how to most effectively invest your contribution and make a difference right in your local community. All donations stay local.
