We are thrilled to announce that our Resource Development Manager, Tiffany Eisenberger, has been honored as one of Mid-Michigan’s 40 Under 40 for 2024! The 40 Under 40 Awards, organized by the Middle Michigan Development Corporation (MMDC) and Greater Gratiot Development Inc., is an initiative designed to celebrate and recognize young professionals who have demonstrated remarkable achievements and contributions to their communities in Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, and Osceola counties.
Tiffany’s Leadership and Impact
Tiffany’s leadership in the community has been significantly shaped by her role at United Way, where she serves as the Resource Development Manager. In this capacity, Tiffany generates revenue, implements resources, and manages workplace campaigns to address the community’s most pressing needs. Her efforts have fostered collaboration among local organizations, ensuring that vital services and resources are available to those in need.
Beyond her work at United Way, Tiffany also serves as the Membership VP on the Mt. Pleasant Jaycees board, connecting young professionals who are passionate about volunteerism and making an impact in the community. Through the Jaycees, she has helped provide grants to local nonprofits, community agencies, and schools. Tiffany also serves on the Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival committee, a member of the Alma-St. Louis Rotary Club, and part of the Gratiot Young Professionals Network.
Through her involvement in these groups and her work at United Way, Tiffany continually strives to inspire others and create meaningful change. Her ability to build partnerships and drive community initiatives makes her a leader in both her professional and personal endeavors.
Recognized for Excellence
The Mid-Michigan 40 Under 40 program recognizes individuals who excel in their careers while also making significant contributions to their communities. Tiffany’s recognition as one of these emerging leaders is a reflection of her hard work, professionalism, and passion for serving others. Tiffany is an asset to any team that she is on. She brings light and positivity to the spaces that she occupies.”
The 2024 Mid-Michigan 40 Under 40 award recipients were celebrated at the Coming Home: Middle Michigan event on October 11, 2024, at the Courtyard Marriott in Mt. Pleasant. This recognition is a well-deserved honor for Tiffany, and we are incredibly proud to have her on our team.
